Blister Card Packaging
We provide high speed blister carding for a range of card sizes. Using our 16 station Alloyd carousel sealer, we can produce up to 50,000 cards per day. If needed, our equipment can handle single, double or foldover cards as well as leaflet insertion. All blister carding is performed using standard operating procedures and process controls to ensure consistent package integrity.
Blister Card Package Design
We can assist with the development of your blister-card package by providing input on producibility factors while helping you to specify your package design. We also work with suppliers who provide sample blisters and can also refer you to local design companies with blister mock-up capabilities.
