Blister Carding

We provide high speed blister carding for a range of card sizes. Using our 16 station Alloyd carousel sealer, we can produce up to 50,000 cards per day. If needed, our equipment can handle single, double or foldover cards as well as leaflet insertion. All blister carding is performed using standard operating procedures and process controls to ensure consistent package integrity.

Cartoning

Investing in quality equipment helps us to better serve our customers. Currently, we have 5 cartoners, including 2 Vertical Jones and a new horizontal MGS unit, enabling us to simultaneously schedule a wide range of projects in a variety of carton styles. Capable of running up to 140 cartons per minute, each cartoner can be set up as part of an integrated packaging line which might include kit assembly, end seal labels, finished carton bundling, labeling and/or display pack-out.

Labeling

Our state of the art labeling equipment can be custom configured to provide a wide range of labeling solutions. Equipment consists of 5 labeling lines, with the ability to apply two or three labels simultaneously, at speeds up to 200 pieces/minute. Applications include UPC overlabels for bonus packs and on-packs, IRC labels for product promotions, safety seal labels for product security, and overlabeling for product redress. In addition to equipment speed and versatility, our Quality System ensures that we meet all customer quality requirements.

Kit Assembly

Either through automated or labor-intensive means, we provide the capability to assemble kitted products. Some examples include first-aid kits, medical diagnostics kits, and transdermal patch kits.

Shrink Wrapping

We have developed an expertise in developing and providing shrink-wrap solutions. Our high-speed shrink-wrap lines allow us to accomodate a range of projects, from account-specific low-volume orders, up to a daily output of 50,000 shrink-wrapped units a day to run volumes into the millions of pieces. We specialize in the shrink-wrapping of multi-packs and bonus packs and can also incorporate gluing, labeling, and or display packout into these production lines.

Point of Purchase Displays

We have the ability to provide all aspects of POP Display production from graphic and structural design through final assembly and shipment. Coupled with our shrink-wrap capability we can provide one-stop shopping for this type of product promotion.

Sample Mailing

We can provide tipping of product samples and direct mailing to your recipients on your mailing list. Services include label-generation and mailing via US Mail, UPS, or other carrier.

Bar-Code

We can provide support with your initiatives to meet FDA bar-coding requirements. Strict label control procedures, label reconciliation, and real-time bar-code verification provide the basis for a verifiable bar-code labeling or cartoning application.

RFID

The use of Radio Frequency Identification or RFID on consumer product packaging is on the horizon. Typically, this will be in the form of a label applied to a consumer package. Tenco has the techical capability to design turnkey packaging systems to enable the use of RFID labeling on your products.
